Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. The following policy applies to all bookings at Tabebuia House, whether you've paid a deposit or the full amount.

Cancellation Before Check-In

Notice given Refund
30 or more days before check-in Full refund
7 – 29 days before check-in 50% refund
Less than 7 days before check-in Non-refundable
This applies to both the 10% deposit and any full payment made prior to arrival.

Early Departure

When you leave Refund
Within the first quarter of your stay 50% refund
After the first quarter of your stay Non-refundable
For example, on a 1-month stay (28 days), the first quarter is the first 7 days. On a 2-month stay, the first quarter is the first 14 days.

How to Request a Refund

To cancel or request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible via email at bookings@tabebuiahouse.com or WhatsApp at +66 89 866 7700. Please include your name, check-in month, and booking reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
